Refund and Return Policy
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 10 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
15-Day Return Policy
At Householdinn.pk, your satisfaction is our top priority. You may request a refund or reshipment under the following conditions:
- Your order does not arrive within the guaranteed delivery period (10 days, excluding 2-5 days for processing).
- You receive an incorrect item.
- You no longer want the product (however, the item must be unused, and return shipping costs will be your responsibility).
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- The order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g., incorrect shipping address provided).
- The order is delayed due to exceptional circumstances beyond our control (e.g., customs clearance issues, natural disasters).
At householdinn.pk, we offer a 15-day return policy. You have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at householdinn2@gmail.com If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and Issues
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and correct it as soon as possible.
Exchanges
For the fastest exchange process, we recommend returning your original item first. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item separately.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note that banks and credit card companies may take some time to complete the transaction.
